Large quarto. 599pp. Remainder mark, corners lightly rubbed, very good being Antonio Alfredo Giarraputo's copy with his name and date penned on the front fly in a very good lightly rubbed dust jacket with short tears and neat internal tape repair. Giarraputo was a gay Boston poet who went to Harvard with Frank O'Hara and Robin Blaser. Although he did not become a well-known poet he did teach poetry to the young black community which the mayor of Boston eventually proclaimed a day named in honor of Giarraputo. 1969. There are joined 3 separatas on the history of photography written by H. Gernsheim, two (no 2 & no 3) are dedicated : 1) Cuthbert Bede (The Rev. Edward Bradley, 1827 - 1889), Robert Hunt F. R. S.
