There is also moderate corner bumping and a few stains. The covers have detailed decoratio0n and gilt lettering and detailing all of which is in good condition. The spine has been bund with five chords and remains in good condition. All text edge have light wear and staining. The FEP through the title page have sustained light damage. The FEP has a tear near the foot of the spine and the next page also has a tear but this time located near the head of the spine. The frontispeice remains in excellent condition with its page containing minimal damage. The tissue covering the frontispiece has been torn and it mostly missing. There is some staining and light tearing at the foot of the title page. All of the one hundred and seventy five prints throughout the text remain in great condition with the pretective tissue intact.
