Random House 1963-05-01 Library Binding Very Good Plus Size: 8x5x1; Vintage Hardback Book with Pictorial Cover is in Very Good condition with a tight binding and clean crisp internal pages. Inside text is in Very Good Plus condition and appears to be unread and unused. There is a stamp from "Colonial Press" on the first blank end page stating that this is an imperfect or over-stocked book-I believe this to be an imperfect book, as there appears to be a "binding string" under the outside spine-making this appear to be a printing error. The good news is that it appears to have little to no effect on the book itself. No other markings or writing in the book. Book has come from a private collection and does not have any library markings. Pictorial Covers are nice showing only minor wear. There is some soiling inside the front and back cover and some minor spotting to some outside page ends-which has not effect to the inside pages. No Dust Jacket, as the Pictorial Cover editions were issued without Dust Jackets. This is a less common title in the wonderful Landmark series. Overall Nice Book!
