Bound in blue cloth with gilt vignette of globe to upper, gilt text small library number to spine, a little worn to edges but in very good condition. Displayed within original matte unclipped 15s dust jacket, beautifully illustrated in colour depicting a ship being loaded to upper, and numerous ships in the ocean to lower, pink spine with black text small library number to tail, a little worn toe edges with small closed tears, now protected within non adhesive wrap. The book itself is in Very Good+ condition with only the slightest loosening of the binding. The Very Good- dustjacket retains the original $2.50 price and is bright and clean, but has considerable small chipping on top front and back. The flaps have faired much better.
