ISBN10: 0195636120, ISBN13: 9780195636123, [publisher: Oxford University Press] Hardcover Hardcover with DJ. Red cloth over boards with gold lettering on spine. Title page and copyright page dated 1994. 291 pages. In good condition. A bit of wear to corners and bottom edges of cover, which is otherwise clean with bright lettering. The paper on the front and back cover is bubbling up in small patches, as if not smoothed out when originally glued. Endpapers are the same. Binding is strong. There is some underlining throughout, by Professor Alf Hiltebeitel, Columbian Professor of Religion, History, and Human Sciences at George Washington University. Pages are free of tears or folds. Some wear to blue and red DJ along the edges where the plastic coating is peeling up a bit, as well as a few scratches to the front and back covers. DJ fits snug to boards. Overall in good shape. Map is tipped in opposite contents page.
