Black coloured cloth covered boards with silver coloured titles to the back strip. Colour illustrated dustwrapper (wraparound), again by Nick Day white coloured titles to the front panel and back strip. Black and white photograph of author to the rear fold over panel. The first anthology of short stories from this science fiction writer. This book is an ex-library copy, but the only signs are:- the stamp to the top edge of the title page (denoting from where the library was situated, Brisbane), which has been obscured by the use of whiteout, and there are two other places of whiteout on the same page – please see photograph; and, faded library stamps to the text block edges. Rubbing of the back strip edges and of the book corners. With a very noticeable cock of the spine. Age toning of the text block edges and pages with grubby marks to the front text edge.
