Plain endpapers, b&w illustrations. Pages are normally tanned for this paper and there is some fading around the board edges. The unclipped DJ has 3 tears- one on top of spine, one on top of back cover and one on bottom of front cover near spine. All are about 1" and have been neatly taped from the inside with invisible tape. The corners have small chips, and the spine ends are slightly worn, especially the bottom. Some light edge wear and soiling to the predominantly white back cover. Lists Blyton's Barney books on back flap and her other books on back cover with a photo of her at top.
