Cambridge University Press, 2006. Hardcover. Very Good in Very Good dust jacket/Very Good. Crisp, clean pages except for a prior owner's name on the front free endpaper; binding square and tight, hard cover modestly rubbed at corners and spine ends, otherwise excellent. Jacket shows shallow crimping at spine ends and short creases across the top free corners and spine heel as well as spots of edge rubbing around top and bottom, otherwise excellent, bright and well-kept.
