For abroad, the economical delivery is done in books and brochures, without tracking number. (for books under 2 kilograms). Otherwise, we send in colissimo, with tracking number.
If the book arrives damaged, keep the property in its packaging, photograph the damaged book and packaging (with the tracking number visible). Send us these photos, so that we can make a claim to the post office in the best conditions.
