About the Author:

Marek Haltof is professor at Northern Michigan University in Marquette. He is the author of several books in English and in Polish, including Polish Film and the Holocaust: Politics and Memory (2012), Historical Dictionary of Polish Cinema (2007), and Polish National Cinema (2002).
