   Step 7: How to keep record and track your order?

  • If you are ordering from half.com, which handles small, independent dealers, be sure to note all dealer information, as well as the fact that you placed your order to this dealer through half.com.

  • Some of the stores we search accept check and money order as well as credit card payments. Some accept phone orders or partial phone orders. Some accept government or school purchase orders. You can check at the store for this information.
  • Most of the stores we search ship worldwide. Half.com and Hamilton Books ship only within the U.S.
  • Most of the stores we search will send you an email confirmation within a few hours of receiving your order. It is a confirmation that your order was received. It is not a confirmation of availability or shipping. You should receive a second confirmation, that the book is available and being sent to you, within a few days of your order. If you do not receive this second confirmation, or if you do receive it but your book does not arrive within the expected amount of time, you might want to track your order.

  • You can track your order, cancel your order or return your order for a refund at the store you ordered from. It's a good idea to check these policies and procedures at the store before you place your first order with that store.
