Dumbarton, Virginia. A typed letter signed "James Branch Cabell" listing the books he has published, and their dates. He includes a dozen works, including The Eagle's Shadow The Rivet In Grandfather's Neck and Gallantry. The letter has two folds, but is in very fine condition

Edgewear to bottom of dustjacket, little rubbing to front panel and age soiling to back panel, no names, inscriptions, etc. (free of any markings) James Branch Cabell (1879-1958) of Richmond, Virginia wrote about 52 books between 1905 and 1955, including the only octodecalogy that I'm aware of in literature. (A PIONEER IN FANTASY WRITING) Cabell authored this title the same year as the death of Priscilla Bradley Cabell, his wife.
