The first is devoted to the history of the counties, while the second section contains biographical sketches of some 930 individuals and genealogical data of some 4,750 other families/individuals for the following counties: Jefferson, Saline, Hot Spring, Pulaski, Garland, Lonoke, Perry, Faulkner and Grant. The New Index that was perepared for this reprint edition contains the names of over 14,500 individuals.
