The dust jacket is in excellent shape - there is just a little sticky residue from a store sticker price that was evidently removed. Beautiful black and white photographs by Ansel Adams. This volumn marks the first time the Mural Project photographs have been presented to the general public. These photographs taken in 1941-1942 by Adams, were commissioned by the US Dept of Interior. These were part of a series of murals created for the Department's new museum in Washington, DC. This is a major addition to the legacy of one of America's greatest photographers.
