Bright gilt lettering on the spine. Fading of red to white off the bottom edges of the front and rear cover. Also on the bottom edges. Otherwise, excellent condition, no rubbing at the corners or edges. Square and very solidly bound cover to cover, nicely tight pages, no binding issues at all. Page edges are perfectly clean. Scrolled through the pages several times without seeing any soiling at all. Note that the margins of these glossy pages are toned. Not seeing any creasing or dogeared corners. Pages are in excellent shape. No markings, no attachments of any kind, and no one has written their name or anything else anywhere in the book. The inside covers and end papers are a mustard color, light mustard. They are very nice-looking, perfectly clean, no wear. Of course, there are lots and lots of illustrations. They appear to all be in color. You can see the dust jacket in the first few photos. It is in excellent condition. There are no tears. It is very clean. The spine ends are in excellent shape. The corners are in excellent shape. The flaps are very clean. There are no tears or creases. Just off the bottom edges of both flaps the color going across is white instead of the rest of the flaps mustard color.
