ISBN10: 0859764613, ISBN13: 9780859764612, [publisher: McGill-Queen's University Press] Hardcover 326 pgs, a clean and well bound hardcover volume comprising a multi-disciplinary study of Gaelic settlers in Quebec. Binding is solid, strong. Boards are clean and firm - lightly bumped at the upper corners of both front and back boards, bumped at the foot of the spine, and small tear to cloth at the crown, none of which effects integrity of binding. Interior is clean and free of markings. Front pastedown has residue from what appears to be former ownership label, with a much small rectangular residue ghost from a price sticker. Dustjacket has some scuffing and rubbing, particularly at the bottom edge. DJ also krinkled in the areas where the boards are bumped, and has one small closed tear to the rear panel. Now in Brodart.
[New York, NY, U.S.A.] [Publication Year: 1998]
