All in all a meritorious publication with this edition "updated for 2005." Not clearly dated but this appear to be an updated edition of the 2003 first. Colour pictorial card covers VG+ with minute bruising to front corners. text block excellent, no inscriptions. Unpacked weight 1.2kgs, may require additional postage.
