Covers rubbed and scuffed, previous owner's tiny ink name at head of front blanks dated Feb'y 17th, 1865, on the verso and recto of a blank fly sheet in each volume is very neatly handwritten in two columns, an alphabetical index (with page number), of the volume's plates.
