New York, New York, U.S.A. Doubleday 1989 First Edition/First Printing Hardcover Fine in Fine jacket Book. 4to-over 9¾"-12" tall. An as new un-read un-opened copy. This copy had excess glue along the very top edge of the front pastyedown which caught the three pages which caused a scar when they were unstuck. A very nice copy indeed. Introduction by Deane R. Beman with a forward by Ben Crenshaw. A beautiful gift quality copy.
