A few scattered, unobtrusive dings to the edges of the boards and a faint, stray pen mark to the top exposed page edges. A small notch of paper is missing from the top edge of pg. 212, next to the gutter. There is a series of short, shallow marks in the surface of the front board, but this is unobtrusive; and there are no corresponding marks to the jacket. The jacket is price intact and unaffected by the sun. There is a short crease in the top edge of the front panel of the jacket, at the spine.
