About the translation: according to publ. info. on lower outer cover of first installment, this title has been translated after the original english language manuscript, there are no further data available to substantiate this. Moreover author's name "Leslie de Luca" on ti.-p. is probably a pseudonym for "Antony Cornelis van Kempen", which does not sound as an english name! Very difficult to locate. Very good copy. Rare.
