Both the book and the Un-clipped dust jacket are in exceptional condition. The white dust jacket is perfectly clean. The only slight imperfection I would bring to your attention would be a tiny indent at the top edge of the front cover near the spine. It may be too insignificant to pick up, but check out the first photograph I'll provide after I scan the book. The book itself is very well bound, the blue covers are perfectly clean, no fading, the silver lettering at the spine is bright, and there is little to really no wear (see photos). The page edges and pages of the book are perfectly clean. I saw no soiling at all, no markings no creases. There is no writing/underlining in the text of the book. In fact the only imperfection in the book is on the FFEP where the previous owner Barbara Livingston, who owned a great many books about Virginia Woolf, wrote her own name and where she purchased the book (at the Virginia Woolf conference, June 12, 1992), and what she paid for it($29.95). She then, no doubt, had the editor, Mark Hussey, inscribe the book on the title page. In my search I did not find another copy that had been signed. The dust jacket will be fitted with a protective cover once the book is scanned.
