In 1995, the Department of Defense ordered its own investigation into the Pearl Harbor attack to see if ADM Kimmel and GEN Short were to blame. It was known as the Dorn Report and it found Kimmel and Short guilty of errors of judgment but not solely responsible for the catastrophe but did not recommend restoring their ranks. This book presents the complete report issued by the investigators. A clean very presentable copy from my personal library.
